Street Guerilla Promotions - Living Beyond Belief

Living Beyond Belief recognizes and honors the magnificence of teenagers and organizations who demonstrate outstanding leadership and activism with respect to the HIV/AIDS crisis. Living Beyond Belief is the first and only fund to give educational grant money to college-bound NYC public high school seniors and the HIV/AIDS organizations with whom they work.

When Living Beyond Belief needed to promote their charity event in May 2003, featuring celebrities Alan Cumming, Deborah Feyerick and Ann Northrop, they chose Street Guerilla. Appealing to people of all walks of life, Street Guerilla Promotions prompted a supportive public in their home neighborhood of Chelsea to participate in the special event. (In addition to Street Guerilla, Chelsea is also home to one of the largest gay populations in the USA.)

Street Guerilla sent warm and fuzzy personalities to the Gay Expo at the Javits Center in New York (see photo above). Street Guerilla spread the word about Living Beyond Belief and their charity event - news of love and possibility, bringing folks together, teaching, learning and inspiring.

Citing statistics from World AIDS Day 2002, Living Beyond Belief reports that 4.3 million youngsters have died from AIDS and that 800,000 teens were infected with HIV/AIDS in 2002. Street Guerilla is proud to be of service to the Living Beyond Belief organization and congratulates all of its grant recipients.
